Parcel Declaration  
 
	 In order for the parcel to pass through customs procedures without delay, it is mandatory to declare it; otherwise, the parcel will be delayed at customs. Online declaration must be completed after you receive the parcel's "tracking number" from the online store. If the store did not provide this information, wait for our company's notification; once the parcel arrives at the US office, the "tracking number" will appear, and you will then be able to fill out the declaration.  
 
	 The declaration must be filled out between the time of receipt in the USA and the flight departure. It is impossible to declare or correct information after the parcel arrives in Georgia.   The declaration procedure is simple and consists of the following steps:  
 
	  
	  
 
	 1. Log in to the website and open your parcel panel  
 
	 2. Click on the "Declaration" field   
 
	 3. Fill in the fields displayed on the screen:  
 
	  
	  
 
	  
	  
 
	 a) Name of the online store where you purchased the item;  
 
	 b) Type of parcel contents;  
 
	 c) Value of the product;  
 
	  
	  
 
	 d) Upload the electronic invoice and click save.  
 
	  
	  
 
	    

Courier Services: 

			Courier services are provided by Mix Shop LLC free of charge throughout Tbilisi. The service is performed twice a week, the next business day after receiving the parcels. 

			The parcel weight should be at least 5 kg in total or separately. This applies only to parcels received on one particular flight.
